This project is a contribution to Tasmania’s renewable energy goal, and we’re proud to be part of it!
This building included amenities areas, crib room, open and private office spaces, and large store rooms, and is designed to comply with the relevant access requirements as per the building code. Externally the painted cement sheet cladding provides a robust finish that is suited to the remote site on Tasmania’s West Coast.
Tasbuilt have taken care of the complete project from design and council approval through to connecting the services onsite.
You can learn more about this exciting Tasmanian project on their dedicated website.
When complete, the wind farm will host 31 wind turbines that will produce up to 112 megawatts of clean, renewable energy. This is enough electricity to power around 46,000 homes.
Granville Harbour Wind Farm will capitalise on Tasmania’s enviable wind potential at the same time as helping Tasmania achieve its goal of becoming 100 percent reliant on renewable energy by 2022.
