Embarking on a new project is a big and important decision, and a streamlined process to bring the project to life is crucial. At Tasbuilt Commercial, we understand the significance of a new project you’re undertaking and that’s why we have a streamlined, professional and enjoyable journey for you and your business to go through.

Step 1 of your Tasbuilt journey is the planning and design step – long and detailed but yields breathtaking results. This step of your journey is when you’ll work with our design consultants to come up with a floor plan that is perfectly suited for your project. Once every detail is decided, and you’re satisfied with the plan on paper, you’ll sign the dotted line that gets the ball rolling on the building.

Step 2 of your journey with Tasbuilt is the décor selection – the step that will bring colour and character to your building. In this step, you’ll work with our client ambassadors to choose and finalise every detail of your interior design, including
- Wall colours
- Timberwork colours
- Cupboard Door colours
- Bench Tops
- Splash Backs
This phase, much like step 1, will involve lots of decisions, but we’ll be there every step of the way to help you along, and rest assured, it’ll be worth it in the end.

Step 3 of the journey is by far the most exciting and exhilarating step of the way - it’s the construction process! This is when everything you’ve worked on becomes a reality, and becomes a reality quickly! Your building will be 80% complete in our factory, which you’re welcome to visit at any time during the build. We’ll then transport it to your site, where the final 20% gets complete, and all finishing touches are added.

And last, but certainly not least, step 4 – completion and handover! Once all work is complete, a final clean has been done, and the local council has made their inspection, our projects team will hand the keys over to you – all will be yours. This is when you get to see and feel the final result, reflect on your hassle-free, easy process with Tasbuilt Commercial, and see the positive results on your business.
