With years of experience and a passion for buildings that are both beautiful and functional, he’s picked out his three favourites from our range. Here’s what makes each one special, in his own words:** ## 1. The [Blackman](https://www.tasbuilthomes.com.au/blackman) Design To our CEO, the Blackman stands out as grand and elegant in any setting. Inside, the high ceilings in the dining and lounge area pair beautifully with a high window, bathing the space in natural light and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The unique roof design allows for feature cladding on the exterior, adding a touch of sophistication and breaking up the façade for extra visual appeal. The [Wineglass](https://www.tasbuilthomes.com.au/wineglass) Design The Wineglass impresses with its thoughtfully laid-out living area at the heart of the home. A formal entryway leads directly into this central living space, and an optional rumpus room enhances the sense of openness, especially as you move into the dining area.
