Where We Build

From King Island to South of Hobart, from remote wilderness to urban sites, we build commercial projects Tasmania-wide!

Tasbuilt Commercial has completed hundreds of projects throughout Tasmania, for a range of businesses and worksites in a variety of industries. We also specialise in the construction of modular buildings in really rural and remote areas of Tasmania, including Central Highlands, West Coast, the South-West, and King Island.

Buildings For All Locations & Terrains

We provide a unique, streamlined solution for clients operating in remote areas around Tasmania. By pre-building your new project in our factory, the need for and cost associated with tradespeople travelling to and from your site for months on end is eliminated. Prebuilding your project also massively reduces project time frames, cuts costs, and makes it much easier to manage the construction of your development in a rural or remote wilderness location.

Safe Transport, Sturdy Buildings

The transporting and situating of your modular building is carefully conducted by experienced, qualified personnel, and is included in the fixed-price contract for projects within a 200km radius of Westbury. Every Tasbuilt Commercial building has a rigid subfloor chassis; a fully welded, insulated floor frame made from large steel beams and steel sections. For additional strength, all our external walls are fully lined with ply bracing. This means we can plaster, paint, and even tile your buildings before they are transported from our factory to your site anywhere in Tasmania. We have s much confidence in the quality of our modular buildings, that we back them our 10-year structural guarantee!

Experienced With All Councils Statewide

Tasmania has 29 different councils throughout the state and part of their responsibility is regulating new projects being built in Tasmania. Tasbuilt Commercial has specialised consultants who take care of the entire council application and approval process for you and your new build. This includes arranging soil testing, bushfire reports, energy assessments, drafting, engineering, and building surveying. All you have to do is sign a document that allows us to act as your agent. This saves you many months of hassle and back-and-forth with your local council.
