Farm Shop and Café

The Hillwood Berry Farm is an iconic Tasmanian tourist attraction renowned for its juicy, fresh berries. They approached Tasbuilt with a vision for a new combined shop/café building, which we were super happy to help them bring to life.

The modular shop building we crafted is clad in western red cedar cladding, to blend in with the 'earthy' tones of the surrounding farmland. Double-glazed, bifold, glass doors open onto large timber decking areas where visitors can sit and enjoy the fresh produce.

Internally, bright colourings create a fun and welcoming environment. Cleverly placed highlight windows bring loads of natural light into the shop area. Behind the striking servery is an enclosed commercial kitchen area where the food prep and packaging is undertaken.
