Alpine Workers Accommodation

This 2-room workers accommodation is constructed on a challenging site in Tasmania's alpine region, just minutes from the picturesque Lake St Claire. Tasbuilt used robust materials and extensive insulation, heating, and ventilation to ensure the longevity of this build in this challenging environment.

The Tasbuilt team worked with the client's architect to ensure this new unit matched in with the existing buildings on the site. Internally, a thoughtful galley kitchen and ensuite ensure the workers have all their needs catered for. Other features include a compact but useful wet-room entry (complete with storage), and a clever curtain divider between the living and sleeping areas.
